Our Greatest Strength Is Our Team
Meet the dedicated team at JJC Company, where our passion for shaping vibrant communities is fueled by our diverse skill sets and extensive knowledge of the development field.
Joseph J. Corcoran
Chief Executive Officer
Joseph has been working in real estate since 1985, when he started working at Corcoran Jennison Companies as an assistant project director of development. During his time at CJ he gained experience overseeing a staff of project directors and devising a streamlined design and permitting process that allowed the company to deliver over 700 units of housing in a three-year period.
Since then, Joseph has been involved in the design, permitting, and construction of multiple apartment developments. He has vast experience in the asset management of rental housing, ownership housing, resorts, golf courses, and commercial properties. He is considered an expert in the entitlement process and has overseen numerous community outreach initiatives in cities and towns along the East Coast. Joseph embraces the philosophy that communication and engagement are keys to successful projects.
In 2014, Joseph established his own company in pursuit of carrying out his mission of being a leader in creating market-mixed income communities using private market solutions. Since then, Joseph and his team have effectively directed scores of projects through complex permitting and community processes. Joseph is past president of the Builders Association of Greater Boston and a former Trustee of Boston College High School. Currently he is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
